Rugosa Rose was commissioned in 2000 and premiered and toured from 2001-2003 or so.

The score demands the performer rearrange sections and play fragments in different orders depending on the day of the performance making every performance potentially unique.

Included in this package is the "Rugosa Rose Primer," an alternative, through-composed version of the score that may be played instead of compiling the modular version.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT
PDF download includes score, performance notes and program notes. Purchase of score is for PDF only, buyer is responsible for printing these to personal specification. Purchase grants buyer to 6 performances at PRO (ASCAP, BMI or similar) licensed venues. Performer agrees to notify ASCAP of performance. Additional performances granted by written permission or arrangement with the composer. In non-PRO licensed venues, additional license fess may apply subject to venue and/or purpose.

This work has been premiered in the United States. Requested score revisions may entitle purchaser to World Premiere.
